Decayed Masterpiece

It is sad to know our death at birth
No wonder it was made uncertain
It is sad to lose the light we seek
No wonder there is darkness

Each day we try our best to live a life
Wishing it not to be our last
Do breathe each second, suck in air
Grasp that little life we can call our own

Maybe it is wrong for me to say that I’m right
But is it right for you to call me wrong?
Blue-black purple is becoming
Matched with frozen red water

See me iced, touch my pallid skin
Stare at the golden eyes you once loved
So wide and darkened, aren’t they beautiful?
Just the sight of my corpse makes you proud
