Decayed Masterpiece

Edited Version - 'Law of Nature'

It is sad to know our death at birth
No wonder it was made uncertain
It is sad to lose the light we seek
There’s a reason why there’s darkness

Each day we try our best to live a life
Fearing that we don’t have enough time
There’s so much we want to do – to achieve
However, only a few that really matters

We breathe each second, suck in air
Allowing ourselves to be rejuvenated
Addicted to the feeling of living
Grasping any life we can call our own

Maybe I’m wrong to claim that I’m right
But are you right to accuse me wrong?
Willing to kill just to stand out
With one’s bare hands you put out light

Truth be told, there’s always an end
You can never say NO to such reality
There can never be an escape from –
DEATH – which makes life worth living
