Insineration Has an Umbrella

It's night time again.

and I'm surrounded by all of the comforts.

Things i love: dark, rain and lonliness.

walking through the rain drops is nothing like it used to be.

feelings that once consumed me, have finally come to an end.

thinking back to a time when i once called you 'friend'

water streaming down my face and tangling up my hair.

the sky whispers songs of long ago and far from now

but this time i know that there will be no you.

we will not find ourselves in this downpour

and what i once considered to be the best of times,

has been wrapped up and made-up by my stupid cliche lines.

this is unmasking at its finest extent.

i now can reveal everything for what it really was...

two stupid kids got lost in the rain.

the fog was too thick and deceptions were made.

eyes were blurred and hearts were caught snow-blind.

the sun was too bright; so they killed the lights.

when the storm hit and the lightening crashed down.

their souls were swept out to sea.

with an ocean so large,

i know our ashes will float together.

forever.
