Ch 5: Rotton Luck

"Valley, really, you should just relax, you'll end up loving it." Eiryan insisted, trying not to laugh at the other. For the past five minutes they had been having an invigorating game of 'catch the Valley'. Thus far, Eiryan had not done so yet. Valley had darted out of his grasp every time around the room, being entirely too stubborn about this whole situation.

"Oh, like I haven't heard that before." Valley spat. He remembered the high-school lover who's head had been ripped off barely days ago. Eiryan sighed and stepped forward, managing to catch one of Valley's wrists this time and tugging the teen back toward himself. Valley turned vicious and clawed him across the face. Eiryan let him go as if he was something too hot to hold. The alien cursed in a language Valley did not know.

The alien moved to one wall and ran his fingertips across it. The plant like surface split open to reveal a reflective surface. Eiryan studied the mark Valley had just put across his face. Three vivid red lines that ran from just below his left eye down to his chin. They were a dark red purple, which meant the other had drawn blood to the surface, and it would smart for days, but had not broken the skin.

Eiryan could have purred.

His little sixth ▒husband▓ had a temper to match Frost▓s, but there was something heated about him that could match Flicker. And he had even found a beauty to go with Fair▓s in Valley. But there was something else, something none of his other mates held. A softness. Something Eiryan wanted to release from Valley. He had watched the other sleep and had seen it then. He wanted it now.

He turned slowly to Valley. Something in the alien▓s eyes made the human freeze up for a second. That second was all he needed to snag Valley and toss him onto the bed. Valley tried to scramble away, to get off the bed, but failed miserably as he was pinned by the other▓s greater weight. A few seconds later Valley▓s hands were trapped above his head. When he glanced up he saw delicate vines had grown from the walls and wrapped around his wrists, but no matter how much he tugged, his wrists would not budge.

Valley▓s eyes shifted to Eiryan▓s, wide and terrified.

⌠Relax.■ Eiryan murmured, running a hand along the other▓s throat gently. ⌠I don▓t want to hurt you, you know that. I want to love you, enjoy you.■

It was easy to shred what Valley wore. Eiryan tossed aside the tattered cloth and studied the other▓s bare body. ⌠Perfect.■ He breathed the word, his fingertips tracing along Valley▓s throat and down his chest. Valley made not a single sound, but he kept struggling. He would not do that for long. Eiryan pressed his lips to the other▓s and Valley▓s desire to get away turned into a desire to have more. Curse alien sex powers!

Eiryan▓s mouth slid away, making the other whimper softly. His lips traveled down the other▓s throat, following the path of his fingers and then dared to go lower. His lips brushed across one nipple gently, then parted. He bit down, not hard, but enough to make the other jump slightly before a moan found its way from his lips.

Eiryan sat up sharply between Valley▓s legs when the door to the room opened. He knew he had locked it. When Flicker stepped in he remembered that all of his mates had the keys to each other▓s rooms. ⌠Oh.■ Flicker turned his back. ⌠I▓m sorry, I was ju-■

⌠Come here, Flicker.■ Eiryan slid off the bed. Now that the other was here he could not resist the idea that had popped into his head unbidden. He ran a hand through the flame like hair when Flicker stepped closer to him at last. The door had shut and locked once more on its own. ⌠I want you to play with him for me.■ He murmured in Flicker▓s ear so that Valley would not be able to hear.

Flicker smiled faintly, touching Eiryan▓s chest. ⌠You▓ve put him under, haven▓t you?■ Eiryan gave an innocent expression that said he had no idea what Flicker meant. Flicker smacked him lightly on the chest. ⌠You know that▓s as good as rape.■ Eiryan frowned. ⌠Don▓t give me that look. If I hadn▓t been immune to your charms I would have been taken a lot sooner, it▓s true, but I would have hated you for much longer too. Let the boy up and give it time.■

Eiryan sighed and glanced at the vines gripping Valley▓s wrists. They unwrapped and Valley sat up quickly, snagging a sheet and pulling it up in front of him. Despite the sexual flush across his skin, he was glaring death at Eiryan.

⌠Now see, aren▓t you glad I stopped you?■ Flicker chuckled, leaning up to kiss Eiryan▓s cheek, murmuring in his ear. ⌠Come to my room later when sleep hours come, I▓ll keep you entertained.■ He patted Eiryan▓s chest again as he leaned away. Eiryan sighed and kissed Flicker▓s lips lightly before he left the room. Flicker shook his head as he sat down lightly on the edge of the bed. ⌠Persistent, isn▓t he?■

⌠I hate him.■ Valley put as much feeling into those three words as possible. It must have been a lot, Flicker flinched. After a moment, he reached out to pet Valley▓s hair gently. Valley did not move away. He liked Flicker a little, he had saved him from Frost.

⌠Why don▓t I show you the gardens?■ Flicker smiled.

⌠The entire ship is a plant.■ Valley said flatly.

Flicker laughed. ⌠True, but we do have a garden, one even better than your natural bathing area.■ He nodded toward the bathroom that was a small lake for a bath with its tree that spilled out bubbles.

Valley debated for a few quiet moments, then nodded. ⌠Alright.■ He gave a slight nod. Without Eiryan in the room his body was starting to cool down once more, the desire for sex dying off. Flicker got him some new clothes and once he was dressed led him through the ship. The soldiers and crew stared openly when they passed. Valley blushed and ducked his head, making Flicker chuckle.

⌠You▓ll get used to it.■ Flicker promised as they came to a large circular opening in one hallway. It slid open, the membrane of the wall drawing aside for them. Valley felt his mouth almost drop to he floor.

The garden was a jungle. He wondered what their definition of a forest would be. There were massive trees and stretched up toward a ceiling that he could not even see. The trees were covered in vines with wide dark green leaves that looked wax slick with large purple or red purple blooms on them. There were many different types of low ground vegetation. He could see hints of other colorful plants up ahead through the trees.

⌠It▓s beautiful.■ Valley murmured, reaching out to touch one of the palm sized flowers on a nearby tree.

⌠Glad you think so. Forest takes great care of this place.■ Flicker smiled as the door shut behind them. ⌠And he▓s told me he wants to give it to you.■

Valley jumped. ⌠Me?■ He squeezed the word.

⌠Yes, because he▓s as interested in wooing you as Eiryan and I are.■ Flicker moved toward Valley. The teen backed into the tree and Flicker raised a hand to rest on either side of his head. ⌠You see, most of us among Eiryan▓s husbands are actually lovers to one another as well. He can▓t pay attention to us all the time, so we pay attention to one another.■

Valley was trying to find words and they were utterly lost when Flicker▓s warm mouth slanted across his own. The teen▓s eyes went wide as he froze. Of all the rotten luck. Fuck, now he had three aliens that wanted into his pants.
