Walking through the park on a cold winters night,

It began to snow , one flake, two flakes , three flakes and more.

In that moment , I was swept off my feet and I began to belive I was happy.

As the snow gathered more and fell so quietly , I felt alas my tears.

Began , did I to search for someone , a someone to light my way through the snow.

wandered I did , ended up where - to a frozen lake I did not know , the darkness smothered

the light from the street and I was blind to see the lake.

I stepped forward , not knowing land was ice , and a single tear fell from my eye only this time

not of tear , only of blood my eyes so raw and red. I did not feel the crack , I did not hear I thing,

In that moment The lake enclosed me - the icy water putting me into shock - I screamed but

nothing would come out of my mouth.

I fell into the water eyes frozen open , Looking for my someone still.

In the morning , when the police went to find me , they found me in the lake.

Skin so white , eyes frozen open , expression on face of peace , not terror.

For I was the girl who fell in the lake , and now my soul wanders still endlessly ,

looking for my someone my special someone to come find me.
