the pessimistic and pushy

in love with
my piano player
he impresses me
with his music
creating with his hands
much as God did
as the earth came about
i can close my eyes
and hear
beautiful music
even though the entire room
is empty
when he's gone
i still see him
hands on the keys
making beauty
with a contented look
on his face
