I'd like to point out

That this is just something

I won't give a name to

Because then I'd be hopeless

What's the point of going out

If you just won't be there?

What are the week-ends for

If not to hope that Monday comes soon

So I'll see you again

And I put you through all of the misery

Just to smile when he's outside

Maybe hoping to see you again

And the hours pass slowly

But the days just fly by

In a second it’s morning

And just like that it is night

I wake thinking about what I'll wear

Because I know I'll see you somewhere

I close my eyes and think

Just before I fall into a dreamless sleep

About how I like that smile on your lips

What's the point of going somewhere

If I know you won't be there

What is music for

If not to hear the sounds you adore

And think about how

Much I like that song too

I'd like to point out

That this is just something

I can't give a name to

Because then I'd be hopeless
