Sorry to bother

Just hoping you’d answer

One little question

What was wrong with her?

Was it the cuts on her arm

The marks on her neck

Did she talk to fast

Not smile enough?

Was it ‘cause she let things get to her

Was it the way she did her hair

Did she cry to much, laugh to little

I know she wasn’t perfect

But you know what?

She wasn’t pretty

And maybe she didn’t always make you laugh

But she loved you

And she spent days in that hospital room

With you, while your friends were to ‘busy’

And she’d do anything to make you smile

You kept her heart beating

She tried to give you everything

But that wasn’t good enough was it?

You know what, you were alone

Because one day you woke up, and all your friends were gone

But she was never farther than 5 minutes away

You broke her heart

What happened?

I thought you said you loved her

Is it that hard to love someone like her?

Forgive me for prying...

But please don’t feed me your bullshit

Don’t hide behind your excuses

Just tell me the truth

And you’ll never have to see me again

Cause I’ve lied to myself

Enough to know when some ones blowing smoke in my face

So don’t believe her when she says she’s fine

‘Cause I Walked past the mirror yesterday

And I saw her crying her eyes out
