A/N: Well its been almost a year since I have updated. It has been a really long time since I have felt I could post. I lost a little bit of inspiration. This piece is rusty. I wasn't exactly sure how to end it. Everyone who knows me, knows I love constructive honest critism. Be real. sarah

Mary Stole A Little Soul

Your smile is snow.

My eyes have frostbite

(the blue is not hereditary).

Every now and then you defrost.

You stick your heart in the microwave

And set the timer for “Mary.”

Mary does not have a lamb.

Mary is not a queen.

She is not a lifesaver or a Van Gogh.

Mary. Dull. Over-rated.

Her picture is in the dictionary under fake

(boobs, nails, soul...)

If you don’t believe me, look.

(If she did have a lamb I would cook it

and feed the homeless.

See, I do have a heart. )

Your smile is frozen.

(You are Jack Frost.)

Mary decided to put you in her freezer

With her other peas and carrots.

You let her take you out

To nibble on.

Are you truly happy being a side dish?
