We finally finished out first set of songs.

"Alright, well that's the first set of songs we have for you. We'll be back in twenty to play the second set of songs we've got prepared for you!" I tell the crowd. "Thank you!"

And for a moment, his green eyes catch my turquoise ones, but I quickly look away.

And with that, I walked off the stage. Maybe marched off, because Dan seemed to notice that something was 'up'.

"Whoa. Are you okay, Jess?" Dan questions me, as I swished by him.

"Yeah?" Noelle questions me as well.

"Dan, can I speak to you for a moment?" I asked Dan.

"Sure," Dan replied, as he ruffles his hair. Look oh- so- hot as he... Stop it, Jessica! He doesn't like you! I remind myself.

Dan and I walked into my dressing room.

"What is it?" I could feel Dan breathing down on my neck.

"He's back," I whispered, just loud enough for Dan to hear me.

"When? Where? How...?" Dan threw the questions at me, suddenly getting VERY protective.

"I saw him... in the audience. I... don't know what I'm going to tell Noey. She couldn't handle it."

"I'm sure that Nate can handle Noelle," I felt Dan's callused hand fall upon my shoulder.

"Yeah, but I just don't... She's not... It can't..." I babbled,

"Jess," Dan takes my hand, and turns me, so that we're face- to- face, "look at me."

As corny as it sounds, it's Dan, so can't help but look at him.

"With you as Noelle's sister, Nate, and us, I'm sure that we can get through this. But he's her father too, and she deserves to know." Dan told me.

"I guess," I sighed.

Dan gave me a look.

"Okay. You're right." I give in.

"Damn right." Dan jokes, with a grin.

So, I couldn't help it when a small smile appeared on my lips.

Dan walked over to the door, walked out, and then held it open.

"For you, Milady."

"Shut- up." I gritted my teeth, but not in a mean manor or anything.

But our joking was soon brought to a halt, when I heard screaming.

"What are YOU doing hear?" I heard a girl's voice, I identified as Noelle's voice, scream.

"Can't I visit my daughters?" A deep man's voice asked, his voice sounding like a bitter memory being pulled out all to soon.

My eyes widened, but I felt a warm, comforting hand squeeze my own. A hand that I didn't even realize was there up until now, more or less how long it had been in mine.

"No!" Noelle snapped.

"Oh, come on, Baby, we all know that's in the past." He said.

But that had me. Our issues with him weren't in the past. Noelle was still seeing a therapist every week, and talking to her every- other day, when we're on tour!

I walked right out to the conversation.

"Okay, 'Father'," I stated. "Let's get a few things straight. YOU rejected and abused us. Not the other way around. YOU sent Noelle and I away to live with Lindsey, when the teacher recommended Noelle see a psychologist. Because of things that YOU were doing to us!" I screamed, feeling a little better after screaming my head off at my 'Father'.

"Hey," Father cooed calmly. "At least it's not my fault that Nicky's dead."

"Nicky killed Nicky." I stated flatly. "And he might as well have been dead from the second he started dealing." I tried to remain calm, even though tears were streaming down my cheeks.

I looked over towards Noelle, trying to see her expression.

Instead, I saw Dan talking to a security guard.

"Yeah. He's not their Father. He needs to be taken off the premises," I heard Dan tell a guard, and I internally smiled, never feeling more for grateful for having Dan as a friend.

"Excuse me, sir," The guard said, gripping Father on his shoulder.

Father turned around.

"Uh?" He grumbled.

"We're going to have to ask you to leave the premises," The guard told him.

"Can't you see that I'm visiting with my daughters?" Father demanded, hitting the guard's hand off of his shoulder.

The guard grabbed Father's hand, as another guard came to assist.

"Come with us, sir," The other guard said, as they mulled Father off.

I walked over to Noelle, who was standing stoically.

"Noey," I rested my hand gently on her shoulder, but she didn't even move a bit.

"Are you going to be okay?" I asked, wrapping my arms around her, and giving her a hug.

Noelle finally looked up.

"Yes."

"Are you going to call Doctor Diane later?" I asked my younger sister, as though talking to a child.

"Yes."

Somehow those two thoughts contradicted eachother, but I ignored that.

"Are you going to be okay to perform?"

"Yes."

And with that, the loudspeaker system let out a loud 'Buzz!'.

"The Looser Letdown to the stage!" A robotic voice called.

I didn't move.

"Come on," I felt Dan's arm wrap around me. "Let's keep moving."

A/ N: And so parts of their pasts are revealed. What do you think of their Father? And who do you think Nicky is? Feedback is UBER appreciated, and I always enjoy knowing what you guys have to say! So, please review! And thanks for reviewing the last chapter!

Thanks!
