I am me and only me

I wonder what it means to truly live

I hear the chorus in the singing choirs

I see the future in my dizzy dreams

I want to be more than a somebody

I am me and only me

I pretend my feelings don’t get hurt

I feel warmness within the cold

I touch the scent I cannot see

I cry when pain is too hard to hold back

I am me and only me

I understand that with life comes death

I say that people aren’t bad by nature

I dream what will come in the years

I try to forgive people

I hope I can be much more courageous

I am me and only me
