Authors note: umms hey what’s up? I am amnesiac-vampire and I’m bored. I have to many weird ideas in my head to NOT put down somewhere and well I felt the need to have a story for my account because then I’ll feel all like there was no reason to get this account and well that’s not good -- yeah well then I hope you like this story and please be patient with me, I type slow and I get distracted easily.

This is usually how I type on fanfiction which is the only place I’ve every typed and people have seen it that I probably don’t know. So umm yeahs!

I was…running? Yes running through what seems to be a forest. Or at least I think, it was a forest.

Why was I running? And why am I in a forest? Wait… who am I?

I think I’m being followed. I think I see a shadow jumping from tree to tree, but maybe…maybe I’m just imagining it. Maybe.

I want to stop running now, I feel like I have been running around in circles these past…hours? Days? Or was it really…seconds? I think I once heard some one say time was just an illusion to keep track of our lives…but if I did where did I hear it. And from whom was it spoken by? And if that’s true then why can’t I keep track of my life with time?

I can’t seem to recall ever being anywhere besides the forest now.

I have stopped running, and am now laying by a tree. It is peaceful yet I can’t help get the feeling I’m being watched.

Wait! What was that? Did-did I hear the tree’s leaves being moved? And is that the faint sound of someone breathing? I-I don’t think those noises came from me.

“Who-whose there? Who are you and why have you been following me?”

The sounds stopped. The forest was silent again.

I haven’t heard a noise in what seems like an hour by now. But then again maybe it’s really only been seconds. What if I hadn’t really heard those sounds? Maybe my mind just made them up to make up for the silence.

I saw a shadow moving from tree to tree, all the while circling me, like a predator does to it’s prey just before it moves in for the kill.

The shadow stopped in a tree directly in front of the one I was laying at. I still couldn’t make out details about the shadow, but I saw the outline. The shadow was another human…I think…it had broad shoulders and looked to be faintly muscular. From the position of it’s, his, head I think he was staring at me.

“Hello?” i hesitantly whispered.

“…”

"Umm yeah, hi, can you tell me where I am?”

“Yes” he let out slowly.

Wow. His voice. It’s so-so beautiful. It’s rich and it’s so velvety, but yet i can't help this feeling that he's examining me, it scares me a little for some reason.

“S-so are you going to tell me?”

“No”

“…But you said you could, didn’t you?”

“I did say I could. But I didn’t say I would.”

The shadow man then jumped down from his branch, and into the light. He was defiantly a man. He had dark brown nearly black hair pulled back in a loose ponytail that reached half way down his back. He wore a black tunic with black leggings and black shoes. He had a short sword sheathed next to his waist and a bow and a quiver full of arrows on his back. He had fair skin and his eyes were like as black as when midnight comes and the moon is new and the sky is cloudy. His face was expressionless.

The girl gasped when she saw him. He looked extraordinarily familiar, and yet she could not see how he would. She had no memories of anybody, not even herself.

He spoke again, this time in a commanding tone, “Come soul, it is time we leave this place and take you to the head of my clan.”

Why does my breath leave me with every word he speaks?

“…I’m sorry were you talking to me?"

“Yes I was, now please hurry up and come with me to my leader. He has taken an interest in you, and would like your presence to ask you a few questions.”

“I’m sorry but I think you’ve got the wrong person. See I’m a human and wells I’m not very interesting so, umm yeah. But I’d be forever grateful if you could maybe tell me who I am and where I am and why I’m here?” The last bit just flew out of my mouth before I had time to realize I just told a complete stranger that I'm lost.

“Questions like those are not to be answered by anyone but the head of the clans. You may find your answers if you come with me though.”

He sounded very bored just now, human even...wait was that an acusation that I had thought he wasn't a mortal?-sigh- I'm confusing myself.

The girl hesitated. Her mind was filled with questions and she was torn as to rather she should trust this man she just met or to go back to wandering the forest. She chose the former one.

“Fine then. If those are the choices I have to make, then so be it. I’ll go with you to see your master, but just promise me one thing before we leave.”

“Well then let me hear what your demand is.”

He sounded almost interested right now, I don't know why but I have a slight warm feeling inside knowing that he's interested. Why? Better say my demand while he's interested or else he'll say no,

“I want you to promise that you’ll keep me alive for as long as we are together. And even if we are to separate you will still try to make sure I’m alive... So do you promise?”

“I might as well, even if you had made two demands.” The strange man from the shadows said with a hint of a smile on his face.

Seeing the questioning look on her face he continued on.

“The first demand was to keep you alive for as long as we are together. The second to make sure you lived even if we are separate.”

“Oh…wells sorry I guess.”

“It doesn’t matter, let us be off then.”

And in what seem to her like a second. He walked over to her, picked her up, and then ran at a frightening speed towards the direction she came from.

Authors note: so umms yeah…. wells I completely changed the chapter and wells it turns out that I didn’t need the names after all cuz well we don’t know their names yet do we? Wells thens…. any who I hoped you liked it and please be patient, i will probably change the next chapters to come constantly so yeahs -- i will try to update soon, though soon for me is like 2 weeks to 2 months...so i'm sorry in advance! oh and i have no clue as to what catagories i should put this in so if you think that i should have it in some other catagorey then please tell me.
