Tears For You

These are my tears for you

I cry them every night

Alone in my room

They stream down my face,

Softly and silently

They fall to the ground

I try withholding them

But they just drop

Uncontrollably,

I cry myself to sleep some times

Waking up with a tear stained face

And a still broken heart

I go about my day normally

Not showing any sign of agony,

But deep inside I’m in pain

For seeing you and your smile,

Hearing your voice and your laughter

And how it shall never be mine

And how you will never love me

It brings me to confront my feelings

And deep emotions, and dark thoughts

And how much sorrow I’m in

For being all alone

And not having someone like you to care

So these are my tears for you

I cry them every night

Alone in my room

These tears will always be for you

For you will always remain in my thoughts,

Of how I can never have your feelings in return

These are the soft, silent tears

I cry alone in my solitude

But they will always be for you,

These tears that I cry for you.
