I dream about you every night,
Or at least of what I wish you were.
You once said that dreams are your future.
But you gave up on that too.
You wished for so little not even,
Your fixated dreams.
Your dreams are what you are,
If you can strive but you’ll,
Never be your dreams if their,
Not in your heart.
At least I know I was once.
But now your not a dreamer and
What’s left of you is in my heart,
So know I can dream of you too.
But dreams are only figments of what,
You desire and fear.
So in a way my nightmare’s
Come true.
But the one thing I’ll remember,
When I wake up…
Dreams are you future,
But they’re not always your heart’s desire,
But fear.
