Sanity
When the ground shakes
Or whilst my heart aches
And whereas the world falls
After I slowly lose it all
Before the rain cascades
And my elation fades
You are always intensely here
To gently embrace me near
Your body and your heart;
And yet; and yet—this is just the start
For you perpetually help me express—
The remaining sanity I possess
