You hide in the corner of your room
alone, forgotten, small, unreal
you touch the blade against your skin
feel the kiss of glinting steel
and the world receding

I see the heavy crimson tears
flowing from your opened vein
I see your lonely, hopeless eyes
beautiful and dark with pain

See the scars upon My wrists
see still written there your name
