Chapter 7

Laura sighed as she just didn’t have the power to tell Neon, or anyone else that Kasper’s ‘spawn’ was still with her, inside of her, along with a piece of Kasper’s DNA. She took her hands and rubbed at her eyes. ”Why did this have to happen now!?” she took her right hand and put it on her stomach. She shook her head, along with a sigh. She heard a voice, ”’cause you know you can’t love someone with out them getting killed with any lovely emotion...” Laura opened her eyes as she looked around, breathing heavily, ” Kasper...shut up...same goes for you Kal...” Kal was the spawn of Kasper. The two, Kasper, and Kal, have been living in Laura for the past fifteen-hundred years. Laura sighed as she closed her eyes and rested for a while...

Alyson woke up sad. She still hadn't heard from Zane and it was really getting to her. All she really wanted was to talk to him and somehow he'd disappeared off the face of the earth. Then there was the fact that she and Laura were in a fight and that certainly didn't help with anything. She touched her slightly rounded tummy. IT wouldn't be long before she was fat. Then she'd have to buy clothes, but damnit she was not going to stop working even if it killed her. She walked out her door and headed towards Laura's room. It’s was time for them to make amends.

Laura just laid there in her bed, starting at the black celilng. She started to cry with everything that’s been happing in the past week, ”I hate this...I HATE THIS...” she said as she huffed and cried some more, sniffing and wimmpring...
