Over and over again
I find my self longing for this
That which can never be
Why do I think this?

I can't stand how I feel
All these vain asphyxiations
Unrequited love,
Left to die in solitude

There never was an "us"
Never will be a "you & me"
I will hate it forever
This lack of you

Words spill like blood
Onto a forsaken page
Depicting this inadequacy
Blunt and battering

Love is only four letters
But so is hate
What will become of this
Nothing I assume
