Love like music, cold and sweet
Metal strings and voiceless heat
Love like sunsets never freeze
Hearts to mend and minds to ease

Laugh like dreams are yours to be
Like flowers can’t bring misery
Laugh like home is all around
Nothing ends if nothing’s found

Run in warmth when days are cold
Don’t always live by what you’re told
Run when no one’s chasing you
There’s nothing left to try to do

Sing like music is your bread
Notes like water, joy unsaid
Sing when even light is out
Something’s bright when it’s about

Break the tune when comes the time
Even fate can spare a dime
Think when nothing’s left to say
Sometimes even kings must pray

Dance when ballrooms cannot meet
Even earth can keep a beat
And learn to reign in every pride
Even heroes must’ve cried

And love like music, bittersweet
When warmth is gone and left is heat
Love when sunrise brings cold breeze
Still hearts will mend and minds will ease
