Murder

A crash, a scream

And something that you’ve never seen

As it unfolds before your eyes

The air is filled with a young girl’s cries

A young woman hits the ground

While no trace of hope is found

Her blood spills out on the floor

As a shadowy man runs out the door

As he escapes away

You quickly decide to stay

The woman quickly reaches out to you

And you suddenly know what to do

You kneel down beside her

And try not to cry in front of her

For you don’t want her to see

How truly emotional you can be

She whispers something in you ear

As you hold her near and dear

The girl begins to cry more

Taking every word to the core

She cries out to the night

As she is filled to the brim with fright

With her last goodbyes

The young woman dies
