A/N: Well, welcome, to yet another one of my attempts at poetry. I wrote this for school, yea, uhm, reviews would be nice. Thanks.

False Hopes and Smile Charades

We are trying to hold onto
a dream that has already crashed
Tragic, tempermental tirades-
Sad, sorrowful situations,
plague the mind with a depression.

Defeated, devoured,
burned to the ground-
cutting, tugging
at your heartstrings.
The worst part is
knowing, there is
naught to be done.

We are trying to hold onto
a dream that has already crashed
Tragic, tempermental tirades-
Sad, sorrowful situations,
plague the mind with a depression.

Hoping, and wishing
all obstacles,
blocking your way,
will just one day
fade to nothing.
False hopes, smile charades,
lets you believe.
It’s all okay.

We are trying to hold onto
a dream that has already crashed
Tragic, tempermental tirades-
Sad, sorrowful situations,
plague the mind with a depression.

Of course it’s all fake,
just a masked face.
Content surface-
drowning inside.
Look to the ground,
thinking, “God, Why?”

We are trying to hold onto
a dream that has already crashed
Tragic, tempermental tirades-
Sad, sorrowful situations,
plague the mind with a depression.
Although false hopes, and smile charades,
lets you believe
it’s all okay.

A/N: Okay, again, reviews would be greatly appreciated.
