Did you hear the crashing sound,

In the middle of the night?

The many people weeping,

In the streets.

The people’s loved ones,

Falling down.

Until no one is left,

Just standing around.

I thought about running away.

And never coming back,

For many a day.

All was lost,

But yet, somehow, I’m still here.

All alone on this dark night.
