"Walk Away"

All the things I said to you,
I didn't even really know I was sayin'.
But I did know I was cavin'
As we stood there in full view.

So what did I do?

(Chorus)

I turned around and walked away,
Not really knowin' if I would see you another day.
You just made my walls sway...
So I walked away...

The way you are is so persistant,
Which will never work since I am so distant.
I know all you're tryin' to do is help me out,

But when I doubt...

I turn around and walk away,
Not really knowin' if I'll see you another day.
When you make my walls sway,
I walk away.

(Bridge)

I want your help now, but you won't give it.
And I realize now how it would have felt...
For the caves and walls to come crumblin' down,
For Persistance to reach beyond Distance!

I'll no longer walk away,
But I guess it's too late...
