I never move

Except when pushed

Yet you run freely and

Stop when pulled

While that

Intrigued me I

Never made a move

Or attempt to run

See I sit watching

Mostly from a distance

And usually in a spot

You’ll never think to see

And I ponder the

The joyous occasion

We meet, and I begin

To actually move

‘Cause I can’t

Seem to run

Without a hand

Like yours to hold
