It's never been easy, go left or go right,

It's never been simple, today or tonight.

It's never been thoughtless, right now or later,

It's never been basic, love her or hate her.

Decisions decisions, what can I say?

I find that I make them every single day.

For better or worse there's no going back now,

But I need to make up for my errors somehow.

So maybe you'll read this and maybe you won't,

Some things you do and some things you don't.

My life has been filled with confusion it's true,

Now the curse of confusion has transfered to you.

I won't try to avoid and won't try to deny,

Won't think of response as I let out a sigh.

Because I know just as you do, that something is there,

What I always do question is how will it fare?

I'm afraid that one day you might simply hate me,

So I'll give you just this, a peter-like plea.

Do not jump to conclusions on all that you see,

'Cause my flaws they run deep, and we'll both pay the fee.

So in closing I'll say exclusively to you

That I may be enticing some days, this is true.

I love being random and playing paintball,

And of course writing poetry, maybe more than all.

But on some days I'm boring, have nothing to say,

And laugh at a joke in a nerdy like way.

I'm off colour, quite odd, and a weird one, it's true,

What you must ask yourself, “does it matter to you?”
