(Verse 1)
These buildings are about to be razed to the ground
And soon there won't be any trace that we were here at all
But what we'll take from this place
Is more important then what we gave to it...

(Bridge A)

These walls have watched us grow,
This place has seen us change...
It helped us build the tools
To get us where we are...

(Verse 2)

I'll be sad to see it go
Although it seems rather condign
That this place should change with us...
A fitting tribute, to our own history...

(Chorus A 2x)
So knock it down,
Knock it down
These walls have got to go...
Knock it down
And blow it up,
But do it nice and slow...

(Verse 3)
Cause I need a moment
To reflect, on this demolition project
Packed with charges
Made of sentiment and chemistry...

(Verse 4)

A moment of silence,
Before the wrecking balls hit...
Let us pause to think
Of what will change today...

(Bridge A)

These walls have watched us grow,
This place has seen us change...
It helped us build the tools
To get us where we are...

(Chorus A 2x)
So knock it down,
Knock it down
These walls have got to go...
Knock it down
And blow it up,
But do it nice and slow...

(Bridge B)
Because I want to watch it crumble
And vanish into dust
It's time to grow up,
It's time to move on:

(Chorus B 1x)
So knock it down,
Knock it down
These walls have got to go...
Knock it down
And blow it up,
A much anticipated,
First rate, pyrotechnics,
Blasting expo...

So knock it down,
Knock it down
These walls have got to go...
Knock it down
And blow it up
So that no one ever knows...
