Break

Somewhere deep inside of me
Is a child living my life the way it should be
I’m so caught up in this world
That I’ve forgotten just how to breathe
Now I’m on the outside and looking in
Trying to find where things went wrong
Trying to find where I belong
I’m always the one behind a mask
Always the one hiding behind the door
I don’t want this live this life anymore
Because I found a way to be myself
I can now say, it’s time to break these chains
