In the darkness of the little village, the Jenji four and their men walk slowly armed and ready for a bloody battle. The men look around the town yet sees no one. They are worried and don’t know what to do.

“Where is everyone? Were they warned about our arrival?” Momiji asked fearing that Sayuri would punish everyone for this mistake.

“No, they are here. The little rats are just hiding in their dens.” Sayuri stated with a grin so evil that the devil would run in fear. “Come out, come out where ever you are.”

“What should we do if they don’t come out?” Yoko asked Sayuri looking down at here own feet.

“Burn it! Burn it to the ground.” Sayuri said still with the grim smile “Guards start your torches. Burn Everything” Sayuri laughed a evil laugh and her army set out to burn everything. But before they could get a chance to light their torches they heard a rumble of feet on the ground.

“What is that?” Yelled one of the men. Everyone looked up and saw hundreds of armed men coming closer to them.

“They finally showed their faces” Sayuri whispered to her self. Her hand hovering over her katana waiting at any minute to strike a man down.

The hundreds of men rushing towards the Jenji four pulled out there swords and in the front of the men came rushing out was Serena and Saito side by side ready to protect this village with everything they got.

“You ready Serena” Saito said looking at Serena. She turned towards him and looked into his eyes. Suddenly a giant smile erupted on her face.

“Ready Saito.” Serena said in a giggle. Serena stopped and pulled out a bow and aimed for the enemy. Saito rushed ahead katana in hand and struck at the men. Finally both good and bad collided and a sound of metal on metal could be heard from miles away. The villagers fought hard striking down Jenji after Jenji.

Serena finally caught up with Saito. Back to back they fought through the crowd towards Sayuri and her four companions. Sayuri sent Momiji and Hiro to fight Serena and Saito while her and Yoko sat on the sidelines and watched.

“Serena watch out.” Saito grabbed Serena’s arm and pulled her down. At that moment Hiro struck Saito across the face and left a gash on his cheek. Serena got up and thrusted her katana through Hiro’s leg.

“Saito are you okay?” Serena asked her voice stuttering the words.

“Yeah I’m fine.” Saito said looking at Serena.

Momiji started for the Serena but she avoided his attack and sliced through his arm.

“You bitch.” Momiji yelled in pain. Blood gushed through his limbless arm and he feel to the ground in shock. Saito hurried a threw his katana through Momiji’s heart. Hiro still crawling on the ground grabs his katana again and starts slashing away at everything.

“Serena watch out.” Saito yells at her trying to avoid Hiro’s katana. Saito finally gets a clean shot and slashes Hiro’s arm off.

“Saito No! This is my kill.” Serena yells at Saito and rushes over to Hiro and gives the last blow to Hiro.

Hiro falls flat on the ground and blood covers the once green beautiful grass. In the distance Sayuri sits and watches. She looks directly and Serena and smiles.

“Sayuri…”Yoko says but is cut off by Sayuri.

“Don’t worry Yoko they are easily replaced.” Sayuri says standing up. She beckons Yoko to stand with her. Yoko cautiously stands and follows Sayuri. “It’s our turn Yoko. Let’s make this a fun battle shall we.”

Sayuri starts towards Serena and Saito. One hand holding the katana and the other relaxed at her side. She gracefully walks and stops a few feet from Saito and Serena. She smiles her evil smile. Yoko still cautious makes her way to Sayuri’s side. Saito pulls Serena close to his side.

“Are you ready for this?” Saito asked Serena with a worried look.

Serena smiled at Saito and replied “Always.”

The two hero’s make their way closer to the last two Jenji four. Not paying any attention to the rest of the battle that surrounds them.

“Hello Serena, Saito. So here we are face to face at last.” Sayuri said with another grim smile. “Are you ready to face death?”

“I should be asking you the same question Sayuri.” Saito replied even fiercer then before.

“Oh is that so.” Sayuri laughed and turned to Yoko. “Ha ha they think they are going to kill us Yoko.” Both the women laugh and Serena looks at Saito with a look of desperation in her eyes.

“Saito…” Serena pleas

“It’s okay Serena they are just trying to make us lose our concentration.” Saito said with a look of pure angry and hate in his eyes. “They wont beat us. They wont burn this village. I wont let them.”

“Ok Saito. I’ll be right beside you” Serena said with another smile

“Are you ready to play little children?” Sayuri yells out to them. Lifting her katana and readying herself for the battle. Yoko follows Sayuri’s lead and gets ready herself.

“Ready when you are.” Saito yells back. He gives Serena one more look then charges at Sayuri.

A clash of metal hit’s the air and both Saito and Sayuri are face to face in battle. Yoko looks out towards Serena and gives her a smile. Yoko then charges at Serena but before she can even get to her she falls to the ground. Serena zoomed through the air and jabbed Yoko in the stomach with her elbow. Yoko lays on the ground out of breath. Serena stands behind Yoko waiting for her to move.

Saito throws back Sayuri with great strength and goes for another attack. Sayuri looks at him confused.

‘How can he be so strong yet look so weak?’ Sayuri thinks to herself. Saito dives and Sayuri and strikes at her shoulder.

“AHHH.” Sayuri moans. Blood gushes out of her shoulder and stains her clothes.

“Have you had enough?” Saito asks Sayuri.

“Never.” She replies back as she leaps into the air and clashes her katana against Saito’s.

Yoko slowly gets up still out of breath. She looks over her shoulder to watch Serena. Serena glares at her and readies her stance. Yoko wipes forward and faces Serena.

“Its time for you to…DIE” Yoko screams and lifts her katana and strikes at Serena but Serena is too fast for her and strikes at her chest before she has time to react. Yoko falls back to the ground but this time she isn’t breathing. Serena sighs deeply and looks for Saito.

She finally finds Saito battling Sayuri across the field. Serena sees Saito and Sayuri strike each other again and again. She runs to help Saito. Serena sees Saito fall to the ground

“Saito are you ok?” Serena yells to Saito. Saito looks up and Serena can see gashes on his face.

“Serena I’m ok.” Saito says back trying to stand up. Sayuri starts back at Saito but before she can get to him she collides with Serena katana.

“You will not touch him.” Serena growls at Sayuri. “This is the end for you.”

“Oh really.” Sayuri laughs at Serena.

“Really!” Serena laughs back at her. At that moment Saito stands back up and grabs his katana. He presses forward towards the two women and raises her katana. Sayuri looks at him with an almost frightened expression. Saito reaches her and plunges his katana into her.

“This is the end.” Saito whispers to Sayuri. Sayuri falls to the ground. Saito looks up at Serena and a smile erupts onto his face. “It is done”

Saito grabs Serena and hugs her tightly. Serena is unsure at first but then she relaxes and hugs him back.

“Thank you Serena” Saito said letting Serena go from his grips.

“No problem. Remember we’re a team.” Serena said with a bright smile on. “Now lets celebrate.

The battle was over and Serena and Saito went to the middle of the village. The villagers surrounded them a rejoiced cheering Saito’s and Serena’s name.

“To our hero’s. Serena and Saito.” The men yelled out “HURRAY”

“Well Serena what will you do now that the battle is done?” Saito asked her

“I don’t know. Probably go back to my village I guess.” Serena replied

“Wait can I ask you something?” Saito said pulling her closer to him “Stay her please. The villagers love you and I want you to.”

“I don’t know Saito.” Serena said “My village.”

“Please..” Saito plead

“Fine. But I want to go back to my village first. Then I’ll come back okay.” Serena said with a sigh.

“Fine. Now lets finish this celebration and get you home.” Saito said with a smile.

That night Serena, Saito and the villagers celebrated their victory. They woman came back and rejoiced over their husbands glorious strengths. Everyone drank, ate and had a excellent time. The next morning Serena and Saito packed their supplies and headed back to Serena’s village. They waved to the villagers. Serena looked back one last time and looked at her soon to be home. Saito smiled at her and they turned back around and headed over the hills.
