Knitting woven, frozen time
Time cannot be woven, silly
Time’s a substance, not a rhyme
And it cannot be frozen, really

But while we’re at it, hold this strand
While I unwind another thought
And let this web sink into sand
So that its color is forgot

Weave this one round and back to face
Ah, see, you are where you began
While I return back to that place
To where I feared and when I ran

That time-web won’t stay frozen now
It lifts above the ground to sky
Ah, mister time, to you I bow
For I know now that time can’t die
