I walk these hollowed halls, where the giants roam

I'm hoping for a way that I can hold my own,

searching for a place to call my home.

And in this place, in this darkness I have found the light

So, in this way, while in death, I am still alive.

I stare into the eyes, of the one's who came before

Desperate for a chance to prove I'm something more

asking for the proof, just to be for sure.

And in this place, in this darkness I have found the light

So, in this way, while in death, I am still alive.

I feel all your fears, that you've gathered all these years.

Crying for the chance just to fight back all the tears.

Pleading for something to make it all clear.

And in this place, in this darkness I have found the light

So, in this way, while in death, I am still alive.

Don't shed a tear for me, don't feel afraid

I'm where I'm met to be, I have been saved.

Begging you to let go of your pain.

And in this place, in this darkness I have found the light

So, in this way, while in death, I am still alive.

I look around, and finally I feel free,

They stand so tall, gathered in the streets.

Staring down, I know they'll protect me.

And in this place, in this darkness I have found the light

So, in this way, while in death, I am still alive.
