The sun cries out
in lamentation
the red hot tears
showering down to earth
causing the world
to hide inside their homes
while the sun mourns
for the losses
of everyone on earth
and the burden
put upon it
when people look up
to see it in
their time of need
just for comfort
they don't realize
that they pass their burden
to the sun.
