Games We Love To Play

He’s cheek against the counter,
Eyes hypnotized by the colours,
Breath’s enough to kill,
Yeah he’s dressed to kill.

He just wanted to be enough for her.
He wanted to use his heart for her.
But now all that matters is to drown echoing silence,
Coming from the inner left side.

Oh the bottle’s so sweet,
Oh yes, so sweet.
And now they’ll break.
He’ll break too, he’ll break.

And his days will be filled with longing,
And the sea will be calling,
When he’s all done with the drinking, crying,
Done with hypothetical drowning.

Oh, watch the sea now little girl,
The waves breaking on the rocky coast.
Him breaking on the rocky coast.
You breaking him with your games.
The games we all love to play.

A/N: Okay so the theme is pretty straight forward. Not much else to say...maybe a wee bit cheesy but hopefully not so much. Cheers.
