This is a poem that I wrote because I have been going around to those 100 lists (they give you a word or phrase and you write about them) and I fell in love with them…. So I wrote this one for an Prompt called Secret.

Can you keep a secret

Because I know I can

I kept a secret of Stella’s other man

Or how Mia got that summer tan

I know about abortions

And about wild summer flings

I know about STDs

I know about everything

I can’t tell you anymore

A voice says while piercing your side

I need it to stay a secret

And now you know why
