This is about my dog that died. If you ever lose a pet, you know what it feels like if you really loved them, and grew up with them your whole life. It's like loosing a family member.

A Man's Best Friend

This morning you seemed fine

I kissed your head and smiled

"Be a good boy for me hunny, I'll see you in a while"

I walked to school laughing, on this cool January day

and when I came home early, I find you in dismay

I looked at you, and you looked sad

But I had things I had to do

and skipped off really glad

When I saw you there suffering I knew this wasn't good

So I brought you tons of water, and your bowl of food

I tucked towels under your feet, to keep the house nice and clean

and went off to watch movies, some I've already seen

I don't remember if I told you goodbye, I wish I did now

But I know you are safe, somehow

Please watch over me still, Keep me safe from harm

I hope that you are well, and keeping yourself warm

The other night, you raised your nose, for a gental kiss and soothing sounds

For what could be better, for the Best dog ever found???

RIP Rocko- November 6th, 1995 - January 27 2006
