The Tribute - October 2nd, 2006 (8:32 am)

The dread of the organ's call
rings throughout the night from the
desolate church steeple - a cry like no other.

Through the selfish blizzard,
its followers parade. With a love
for the w i n t e r u n d e r g r o u n d,
it's their anthem of sorrow.
Predicting Inevitable Distaster.

Calling, craving for a new tomorrow.

It's far too cold for the wounds to heal,
for now they'll stay wrapped within my mind.

Continue through that march,
despite the failed return of hope.
Perhaps one late night,
you'll understand why you're here.
