Fungus Clouds
Stop
for a moment and
Imagine the explosion
On the way. Since when
do
Craters look happier than
Homes? Is triumph found but
Only
when architecture
Is left smoldering in
Some atomic pit? Some
deep
Dead land, waste land, no land?
Is one victorious
cheer
Worthwhile but only
When one hundred million cries
Are
silenced forever?
Is there no cause to smile
But when rejoicing
for
The sadness of another?
That's stupid.
Death is no
solution
Save for those instigating
Death. There will be no
peace
So long as nihilism
Plays such an important
Role in
our tranquility.
That's stupid.
You're stupid.
