Eulogy for Elizabeth Marie

8

Shadows of the glowing moon sky

Glazes over your doleful eyes, once bright

Upon the Earthen carpet, your body may lie

But your soul has left thine mortal sight

8

Gone away are our carefree days

Full of laughing games and cheers

Now only your memory stays

Floating on rivers of tears

8

My darling beloved friend

So close to my heart

Finally has come the end

And now we must part

8

You left without my farewell

In such a quiet passive breath

And how my heavy soul fell

To see your eternal rest

8

I can remember all your life

How to us you lived and came

But still that doth cause me strife

For it shan’t ever be the same

8

So while in starlight you run

Finally in complete bliss

Our times, do not shun

And remember my sweet kiss

8

Forever I will remember and love

No matter what I end up to be

Please hear this high above

Goodbye my love, Elizabeth Marie
