My boy, he flirts like it's a sport... And so...

He says "I love you darling. I can't remember life before you darling,"

(I believe him.)

But the Green-eyed monster whispers in my ears "Such pretty words, so give in to yor fears and you will be free..."

(She's a nightmare!)

"He's checking out your friend behind your back; He's dating your sister while you turn around and I think that girl's sitting in his lap!"

(She's a nightmare!)

He says "I love you darling. I can't remember life before you darling,"

(I want to believe him.)

But the Green-eyed monster, she gets bolder, "Don't fall for that old trick! He's leading you on, filling your head with empty thoughts. Have plenty of doubts!"

Why can't I escape her?

(She's a nightmare...)

But the Green-eyed monster leans against my shoulder, "You, he and Jealousy. We make quite the team.. How long can you last before I tear you apart?"

But the Green-eyed monster is chasing me.

But the Green-eyed monster won't let go.

But the Green-eyed monster will devour me whole.

Now I wake up everyday,

(Just to forget)

Getting over the past and I glance into the mirror,

(Thinking it's all over...)

But the Green-eyed monster smiles back!
