YOUR HELL

The hell you come from, made you yourself

The pain you feel, from you; none else

Those things you see inside your head

Just the stars from impact, smack black

Fainted, tainted turned away

Lost your soul at the gate

The hell you see is your own doing

The fire that sears skin from bone

Fueled by hatred and rage

You felt while others wept

Your cruelty unbound, defiled, unkept

Darkness, starkness pushed away

Lost your soul at the gate

The hell you know, that stretches onward

Into the expanse of void and ache

That fills you with regret

That feels like pain you never knew

Sings to you like nails in the brain

Sadness, madness go away

Lost your soul at the gate

The hell that burns all around you

Made by lies, greed, and woe of children

Caused by pain to them, no other

Brought and bought by all your actions

Jaded, faded you're here on earth, your hell

Lost your soul at the gate
