Light in the Dark Dark in the Light

Do you believe in good and evil?
Do you think that a person can show all of the things they have ever done?
You should.
My name is Selece. I can see the color of a person's soul.
It works like this, if a person's soul is white, they are completely innocent of all wrong-doing and have no knowledge of evil.
Only infants have white souls.
Once a child learns of evil, their souls turn a light gray. Then, their souls become darker or stay the same. It depends on how the person lives life.
If someone has a black soul, it means that they are truly evil, with no good left inside.
I have never seen anyone with a black soul.
People seem to judge each other by their appearances; not by the person they truly are on the inside.
They divide them up into categories: pretty, handsome, ugly, skinny, fat, nerdy, stupid. The list goes on.
Every time a person does that, their soul becomes a shade darker.
I have never been able to just separate people into categories based on appearances. I separate them by the color of their soul.
Every time someone looks at me, their souls become a shade darker.
I think it's because of my eyes.
They are white rimmed in black. I suppose they are a bit unnerving to other people.
I saw an arrest this afternoon. The policeman was leading the man away. The man had stolen from a supermarket. He looked hungry. He also kept looking at a group of children in the street. They looked hungry too.
The policeman's soul was a dark, stormy gray.
The thief's was a pale gray.
You probably think I'm a bit harsh for judging others.
You must think I have a dark soul.
I have never seen my own soul. For some strange reason, I just cannot see it, not even in a mirror. I can see a soul of the lightest gray. That person is standing in the shadows, but I can tell that the person is looking at me.
The soul stays the same color.
The person comes out of the shadows.
He says," You have lovely eyes. They are almost the same color as you soul."
I look at him. His eyes are the same as mine.
