The last dragon
By:Shadowpriestess
Her scales glimmer in the sun like liquid fire.
Her strength and courage is something to admire.
Her kind was once a powerful race.
'Till the humans came and killed them claming they were a disgrace.
Now her eyes are allways sad and her mind can never forget the past.
Her heart aches knowing she is the last.
Not able to stand it anymore she takes to the sky.
Her saddness melted to joy as she flew long and high.
The humans look up and finally see.
The last dragon was flying as proud as she could be.
This poem was to where it is a story poem if that makes any since. Yes I know it probably has some grammer problems that I havent noticed yet but they will be fixed when I realize what they are.
