I'm into making poems now, blech. I think it's because of school. But alas, this poem was not for school but something that came out of my head at the moment. It has tons of "emo" cliches in it. Beware, rawr. Enjoy.

The sweetest disgrace I’ve ever had

Where are you?

Why’d you leave?

I’m here picking up all the pieces of what we used to be.

What was meant to be?

You’ve got my head twisted and sick in all its nooks.

Confused me with all the pretty things you did

Tell me why, why, why we had to be like this.

Don’t turn my world upside-down again.

The last thing I need is another regret.

Last summer is the only memory I have of you.

Please don’t erase the remaining fragments of our troubled souls.

The lights of the skyscrapers would burn down this fucking city, I swear.

I just don’t want to be the first cliché you’ve ever touched.

So let’s dance on the stars and hope for the better.

Be my number one with a bullet.

But one question is all I ask now:

Where do we go on from here?
