You may know me as Alicia. You may also know me as the hottest celebrity according to Teen People. My name is Alicia Sanchez and I am America’s hottest singer/actor right now. I had a perfect life until that terrible event happened that changed my life.

My friends and I were driving home from a club. We were kind of high but were okay to drive, (at least we thought). My friend Katie, was driving fast, and nearly missed the exit and swerved on to the exit ramp. We rammed into the ramp, and fell into the ditch that ran along the side of the road. Next thing I knew, I was lying down on a hospital bed with bandages on my head, a huge headache, and beeping machines all around me. I looked around me and saw nurses bustling around, and my parents and best friend, Lisa, sitting in chairs looking at me.

“Honey, don’t move. Do you remember what happened? Just say yes or no.”

“No.”

“You had an accident, you rammed into the ramp and fell into a ditch. You’re going to have to stay in the hospital for a few weeks.”

“What!? But what about The Clique, (My TV show) and the album, and Keith (one of my new, upcoming movies)? What’s going to happen with that?”

“Everything’s going to have to be delayed. And when you get back into the business, there’s going to be a lot of people that are going to want to interview you.” I groaned. Don’t get me wrong, I love being famous, but sometimes the press gets to be a little too much. I looked at my dad who was just sitting looking at me, then at Lisa, who was looking at me with relief, drying tears sitting on her cheeks.

“Oh, Lisa, everything’ll be okay. Don’t worry.”

‘I was just so worried when I saw Katie’s car on the news. I’m so glad you’re alive.”

I spent the next two weeks in the hospital, my mom made sure that when I came back I wouldn’t be too overwhelmed. I took things slowly and one by one, everything fell back into place. Or so I thought.
