She had no control as it swallowed her soul trapping her inside that prison. She decided not to fight it and welcomed the pain. She would never have to see the light again for the darkness soothes her spirit. He discovered her secret-no surprise to many-and left her wondering for three days and three nights. He took a stab at her heart with the sharpest of knives and as her feelings poured out only one seemed to notice. She closed up her soul forever more and allowed darkness to conquer. She's thrown her bleeding heart onto the ground and walked away, knowing that he'd never pick it up and heal it. Her happiness leaves forever and flows to join a sea of many more. He walked by her heart, gave it a glance, and continued on without a thought. He left it there to rot, all stepped on and broken, and the girl lay there crying. She went far away to a land where the people all stand as one with one heart. It has a small hole (which would ber her soul) for her heart was cast away on that one fateful day while she embraced the pain and darkness began to reign. A darkness of red of which everyone said had come from above and was commonly known as love.
