Rain is pouring from the bottom of my hat

As I hold it at arm's length to avoid the water on my shoes

The globe keeps exploding and reforming itself

There's a neon sign for sale next to a hula girl lamp

Reminding me of things beautiful

An Asian woman asks me for the time

I can't tell her because my watch has stopped

Adding that she has stopped my heart

She laughs at my bad joke and walks away

There's a Creature from the Black Lagoon in the sewers

He's calling me down into his new home for dinner

The moon changes in color moving along the spectrum

Red, orange, yellow etc

There's a bat considering plastic surgery

A TV showing constant reruns

A chair that's yellow in an all blue house

A girl touching organ keys

Thinking about Sunday

The church is noisy

With the sounds of priests gambling

Don't be too harsh on them

Everyone deserves a break

And I'm sure they'd let you join their game
