---

She (I'm Not Sorry)

---

She lay awake in the dark of her room

Sliding, slipping to the pits of gloom

What had she done to deserve this fate?

What had she done to stir up this hate?

She lay awake for days and nights

Praying, replaying those petty fights

What had she done to destroy their hope?

Why in the world had she cut the rope?

She lay awake in lonely cold

Cringing, crying words she once sold

And still she screams with miserable pride

I'm not sorry

I'm not sorry

I'm not sorry.
