I sit here waiting for someone.

Who I don’t know.

Just someone who cares.

So many don’t.

One person I know who does is you.

You have never stopped.

I never had to ask you anything.

You always knew what I wanted.

I never really saw you there.

And now I do.

You were always there.

So I guess I’m waiting for you.

I sat here wondering for so long.

I could not see one thing.

I waited for too long and now you’re gone.
