“Work Space Love”

I sit here counting ceiling tiles

Thinking only of you.

Why can’t I keep you

Out of my head?

I know that you’re taken,

But I can’t help thinking of you.

Tomorrow will be the last

Time that I work with you.

And the Tuesday after

Will be the last payday that I see you.

All I want is all of your info

And to keep in touch.

You threw her a party,

What about me?

Do I not deserve one?

I think I do.

Take me out and treat me.

Drag me down with you.

Tell me you love me.

Don’t let me go.

I want to be with you.

Until the end of time.

Pop!
