A hungry animal
A stomach growls
A full moon
A wolf cub howls

Look around
An unknown place
Searching for
A friendly face

An empty room
A lonely child
Bear the pain
It’s only mild

A written note
To family and friends
Thinking of
The way it ends

A knife at hand
Or a gun
For the family…
Not much fun

You leave behind
Saddened faces
And memories
From different places

You need to think
Of what you gain
By suicide
Cause it’s no game

If you lose
You can’t retry
This is life
And you die

You will be missed
By one living thing
Whether it animal or human
Sorrow’s all it will bring
