Hey. This story was intended to be made into a show, but, of course, I planned to allow my fanbase to take a peek first. I haven't finished a first chapter yet, but I did write a whole bunch of facts and Ideas I thought might be tasteful as a Prologue. And here it is.

Premise: A (Japanese) high-school that is "haunted" by spirits of fallen warriors. The school was once a battlefield where ninja and samurai fought to the death. Certain artifacts were left, and with the legacy, the spirits served as influence, and the desire to attain the power of the spirits drives the darker students to steal from the schools museum. Two watchers, Eris and Snoe, watch over the school in order to ensure that the balance is kept. They were sent by the warrior gods, only to find students doing their job for them.

The students are quite collected in class, but at night they take on a different side. All fighters. Only about 25 decide to leave the spirits be. Every night, a fight is called to decide whether or not to use the spirits to their personal advantage.

Characters

Benijiro/ The Hojo

A very powerful fighter who protects the school from spiritual attacks and keeps the students from attacking them and the secrets. He has taken the power of his last 2 lives into himself. He fights with two reverse blades. He has long red hair, wears an open samurai robe showing his open chest wrap, matabiki, boots and a black samirai headband. (This poor guy is constantly seduced as The Hojo.)

Yozo/ Gozen

A frightened fighter chick. She is stronger than she thinks, but fears the wrath of Kasumi and her crew. She's very in love with Benijiro, but at night he keeps his distance. She doesn't know that he is The Hojo, though suspicious. She has short black hair, a black and white long samurai robe, a hair tie. tabi and high sandals.

Kasumi/ Rosemary

The leader of the Tengu, or, the side that seeks to take the secrets of war into themselves. After a filial falling out with the Hojo, she now sends him the toughest fights, seeing as she is not powerful enough. By day, she is the most popular and the most feared. By night she is the darkest. She fights with a pair of magical flaming nunchakus. Her weakness is her sense of not caring.

"Blondimura"/ Charlie

The only white kid at Shiro Sakura. He's got long, sleek blonde hair to his ankles, an open robe, black pants and gloves as Blondimura and fights with a six-foot lance. He doesn't use the kendo closet, which makes this kid suspicious. He doesn't talk at school, nor as a fighter. But he is dating Rosemary and always manages to swing fights. Truth is, he is the reincarnation of Benijiro's worst past enemy- a demon bent on destroying the school and taking all the power for himself.

Kasumi's Crew The Fringe

Five extremely hot chicks, decked in black. What makes them truly attractive is how bold they are. Of all the students, these chicks stay the same at both times. Everyone is scared into being quiet about these five.

Orihime/ Midori

An interested non-combatant. She notices what's going on in the school, befriends Yozo, who spills. Benijiro reveals his secret to her and she offers help in exchange for more information and certain (legit) favors. She dons a regular uniform. (Till the second season).

Yameichi

The dean of the school. Unlike most, he was born without a stick up his ass. He actually talks to his students, tells them the truth and believes in the school. However, at night, he stands aside and watches the action. As much as he likes it as is, he will not play with fate besides to provide students with a fighting ground and a safe haven for weponry. Everyone believes there is much more to Yameichi than meets the eye.
